Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete the personal data associated with your DirectYar account at any time. Here's how to submit a request and what to expect.

1 How to Submit a Request

To request deletion of your data, submit a ticket from within your account:

  1. Sign in Log in to your account at app.directyar.com.
  2. Open a ticket Go to the support / tickets section and create a new ticket.
  3. Request deletion Submit the ticket requesting that your data be deleted — your account is already identified, so no extra details are needed.

2 Deletion Within 30 Days

Once we receive and verify your request, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

3 Email Confirmation

When your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your request.
